Dr. Fatima completed her MBBS in Pakistan. She moved to Australia in 2010 to further pursue her medical training. After completing hospital placement at The Sutherland Hospital, she moved on to her true passion of general practice.

She moved to Shellharbour in 2017 for her general practice training and received her Fellowship with RACGP in 2021.

Her area of interest includes women’s and children’s health.

She also performs skin checks (for women) and minor skin procedures.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful South Coast.

Dr. Payam Faraid

Dr. Payam Faraid moved to Shellharbour in 2015 and completed his general practice training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017.

Since then he has been serving the community as a general practitioner with a keen interest and passion for skin cancer diagnosis and management.

In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket and soccer and is currently coaching an Under 6s soccer team.

He is multilingual with ability to communicate fluently in Persian/Farsi, Urdu/Hindi and English.

Dr. Mehreen Chaudhry

Dr Chaudhry graduated from Pakistan in 2009. She has worked in hospitals in Sydney and Wollongong, and then completed her general practice training in 2019. Her areas of interest include chronic disease management, antenatal shared care, women’s health and mental health.

Dr Omair Masood completed his graduation from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan. He moved to Australia in 2010 and worked in different hospitals across New South Wales including Sutherland Hospital, Wollongong Hospital, Port Kembla Hospital and Calvary Mater Newcastle.

He started his general practice training in 2015 and obtained the fellowship of Royal Australian College of General practitioners in 2018.

He has been living and working in the Illawarra area for many years and loves the area.

His areas of interest include all aspect of general practice especially chronic disease management, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic heart failure, antenatal care, aged care, palliative care, mental health including anxiety and depression.

In his spare times he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and playing games.

Emily grew up in the illawarra and completed her medical degree at the University of Wollongong, followed by junior medical officer training locally in the regions hospitals. Emily gained her GP fellowship in 2021.

Her special interests include antenatal care and mental health issues, particularly anxiety and depression.

When not at work, she is spending time with her husband and two young boys and enjoys cooking.

I’m Pooja, a passionate dietitian hailing from the beautiful islands of Fiji. With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Wollongong, I bring over eight years of hands-on experience in both clinical and community nutrition, including in Fiji’s dynamic acute and outpatient healthcare environments.

My educational and professional journey has led me to work across diverse specialties in Australia like ICU, oncology, neurology, renal, gastroenterology and community and mental health nutrition. With a deep passion for patient-centered care, I am committed to delivering evidence-based, culturally responsive nutrition strategies that make a real difference in patient outcomes.

Dr Shahzadi Nadia is a compassionate and dedicated consultant geriatrician committed to improving the health, independence, and quality of life of older adults. With extensive experience in both hospital and community settings, she provides holistic, evidence-based, and person-centred care that addresses the complex needs of ageing patients.

Dr Nadia completed her specialist training in Geriatric Medicine through the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local health District and St Geroge Network (including Kareena Private Hospital). She is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and holds post-graduate qualifications in Perioperative Medicine from Monash University/ Alfred Hospital and in Emergency Medicine from the college for Emergency Medicine (ACEM).

Dr Aniefiok Ufot

Dr Aniefiok Ufot is a warm and approachable General Practitioner who enjoys caring for patients across all ages and stages of life. Since moving to Australia from Nigeria in 2017, she has worked in a few hospitals across the country and eventually transitioned to general practice and has obtained fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She brings strong clinical judgement and holistic care with particular interests in  women’s health(including contraception –  mirena and implanon insertion), chronic disease management, paediatrics and skin lesion excision.

Outside the clinic, Dr Ufot enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and engaging in a good board game.

With over a decade of hands-on physiotherapy experience, I am dedicated to creating personalised treatment plans to help patients recover, move better, and live pain-free.

My treatment approach integrates a variety of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy (soft tissue mobilisation and myofascial release), electrotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, cupping therapy, taping/strapping, and Clinical Pilates (mat-based).

I have experience in treating a broad range of conditions, including chronic pain, orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions, and geriatric/NDIS care.

Outside the clinic, I spend quality time with my family and try to keep up with my kids’ endless energy relying on coffee here in Australia, something I never needed back in Egypt!
